Justin Blanks, who lives in Tampa, Florida has been training and scouting thousands of athletes since 2021. He has trained many high profile athletes at all levels including High school, College, and Overseas professionals. Since then, he has established strong relationships and trust with college coaches throughout the entire United States.

Justin attended High School at Lebron James' alma mater, St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, and Norton High School, where he was a Mcdonald's All-American nominee, won Conference Player of the year, and was a Top 20 player in Ohio. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from McKendree University and led the GLVC Division 2 conference in scoring in 2018 averaging 20.4ppg. He also earned ALL-Conference honors and team MVP. He has played professional basketball in Puerto Rico, Germany, and most recently in the U.S for the Tampa Bay Titans.

Don Francis, who lives in Columbus, Ohio has been a coach for over 10 years. He has coached and helped develop hundreds of athletes at a High school and Collegiate level.
